Terms and Conditions
Your use or purchase of products, courses, and services (“Services”) offered by Twelve Minutes (“12 Minutes”) and your access to 12minprep.com (the “Site”) are subject to these terms and conditions (“Terms”). By accessing Site and/or purchasing and/or using Programmes, you agree to be bound by the Terms.
Children: Minors under 16 years of age are permitted to use Sites and/or Programmes only if they have the appropriate permission and direct supervision of their parent or legal guardian.
Intellectual Property: Services and all text, videos, images graphics and other content on Sites are owned by 12 Minutes unless stated otherwise. Programmes are for your personal and non-commercial use only. You may not enrol in any Programme for the benefit of any competitor of 12 Minutes. Programmes may not be shared, re-sold, reproduced, re-published, modified, transferred or distributed in any way without 12 Minutes’ prior written permission. All video, audio, text, questions, explanations, diagrams, images, animations and other content that you receive or to which you have access during your Programme, regardless of medium or format, (collectively, “Programme Content”), are protected by copyright law and belong to 12 Minutes. You may not record, screenshot, copy or reproduce any Programme Content in any way. You may not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, scrape or data-mine Programmes. The service marks, designs, and logos displayed on the Site and in Programmes are the registered and unregistered trademarks of 12 Minutes and may not be used without 12 Minutes’ prior, written permission.
Services include digital access to Service Content. Subject to your compliance with these terms and conditions, 12 Minutes grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable license to access Service Content during the access period of your Programme. Access periods may be viewed from the account management page of your online account.
Passwords: When you set up an account, you must choose a password. Your password is personal to you and may not be used by anyone else. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, and you agree to notify 12 Minutes immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. 12 Minutes has the right to terminate your account for any reason at our sole discretion without notice to you.
Mobile Devices: Services offer Content and features that are available via a mobile device. Standard messaging, data and other fees may be charged by your network operator. Your network operator may prohibit or restrict certain mobile features and certain mobile features may be incompatible with your network operator’s service or your mobile device. Contact your network operator with questions regarding these issues.

Refund Policy: 12 Minutes reserves itself the right to consider and inspect every request for refund, be it partial or full, according to the circumstances of the case in hand. If you have a problem with a service you have purchased, please contact customer support and we commit to act and respond according to fair trade and common sense. Here are cases in which a refund will be given without any dispute process:
- A technical error on Site prevented you from accessing the purchased services.
- You found a logical fault in one of our practice questions which is proven to make the question obsolete and to require amendment/replacement.
- You have made absolutely no use of the service within 7 days of purchase.
